About you Essential talents and qualifications: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a similar field. A minimum of 3 years' experience in event planning and management across a wide range of event formats. An assertive yet flexible approach to working within a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. An eager-to-learn attitude and a drive to get things done. A strong sense of responsibility when taking on new projects.
