As an GBS People Services Associate , you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of employee data throughout the entire employee lifecycle, contributing to an efficient and positive employee experience. Main Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data from onboarding through offboarding processes. Perform HR administrative activities related to personal data management, organizational changes, and position management. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and legal requirements regarding employee data. Support continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and HR system testing activities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality HR service and employee experience. Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma required. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
