The impact you'll make: Collaborating closely with your engagement team, internal subject matter experts and leaders across Deloitte. We operate in a flat, highly collaborative structure, giving you exposure to a wide range of people, clients and industries. Your expertise: 4+ years' experience in IT/digital risk and controls assessment, advice and assurance including IT management and tech controls, assurance methodologies and best practice. An advantage includes experience in undertaking IT enabled project reviews and AI assurance. Experience gained within a professional services or large corporate/public sector environments. Strong attention to detail, balanced with the ability to step back and understand broader business and risk implications. A problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to identify control issues and develop practical, well‑reasoned recommendations. Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to discuss risks and control matters with a range of stakeholders. An interest in coaching and developing others as part of a high‑performing team.
