Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in full lifecycle WMS implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live

- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance solution capabilities and implementation efficiency
- Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering strongly preferred), Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on WMS implementation experience
- Experience translating business requirements into system configurations and functional designs
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and distribution processes, including receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
- Experience with system integrations (ERP, TMS, OMS) and data formats (EDI, XML, APIs) - Familiarity with warehouse devices such as RF scanners, printers, and labeling systems
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to travel for client engagements as needed, up to 50%
- US Citizenship or eligibility to work in the United States
