Responsibilities

  • Client Advisory & Business Development
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams, providing market intelligence and strategic hiring recommendations.
  • Build and deepen long-term client relationships through consultative selling and solution- driven conversations.

  • Own both sides of the desk: driving revenue through client acquisition and successful placements.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and performance metrics across ATS and CRM platforms .
  • Stay current on industry trends to provide clients with timely and actionable market insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business , Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years in executive recruiting or full desk recruiting, with proven success in consultative sales.
  • Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Strong business development and relationship management expertise .
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and advisory skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment technology and market research tools.
