Location: Hickman Hospital Department: Care Navigation Acute Weekly Hours: 36 Status: Full time Shift: Days (United States of America) Job Summary: As the Care Navigation Supervisor, you provide direct supervision of the Care Navigators on the campus of Hickman and Monroe Hospitals. You will contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to standardize processes and support core competencies. You will oversee the onboarding and integration of Care Navigators into the clinical workflow. In this role, you will coach and mentor the Care Navigation staff to promote professional growth.
