Responsibilities
- BIM Modelling (Main Scope):
- Prepare and develop 3D BIM models for plumbing systems.
- Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure all models comply with HDB standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, main contractor, and other trades to resolve clashes.

Requirements

- Degree in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Familiar with Singapore construction standards and submission process.
