Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize interior design and space planning for residential and commercial projects to meet client needs
• Collaborate with project managers to manage project drawings and coordinate briefings with clients and contractors through project completion
• Produce detailed site plans, CAD layouts, elevations, and drawings with accurate material specifications and design documentation
• Prepare design proposals including sketches and illustrations to clearly communicate concepts to clients
• Develop final design packages with full elevation and detail drawings and specifications for client and contractor briefings
• Utilize 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and PowerPoint to create space planning and design presentations
• Work independently to manage design tasks and meet project deadlines
• Required competencies and certifications
• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design
• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial interior renovation
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Ability to work independently
