About the role
The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for execution of boosting Creator posts on Instagram and TikTok, from start to finish, including but not limited to campaign set-up, targeting parameters, implementation of UTM tracking, reporting on campaign performance, etc, for brands in verticals such as Fashion, Beauty, Big-Box retailers, retail media networks, etc. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of digital media experience, specifically paid social, including but not limited to META, and TIKTOK. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and managing paid social campaigns, working closely with creator content, and influencer marketing campaigns, collaboration with sales departments, and analyzing results and performance. How you will make an impact Develop, strategize, and execute creator boosting campaigns against targeted audiences from ideation to post campaign analysis Facilitate teams campaign operations and workflow deadlines, deliverables and processes to ensure successful and on-time campaign execution Support the Marketing team by monitoring KPIs (such as website traffic, top-of-funnel conversions, ads performance, and revenue) and informing on findings Perform analysis of key business metrics to evaluate success and growth opportunities Coordinate boosting efforts with Campaign Operations team Key Measures: Effectively manage Media Boosting on META and TIKTOK driving significant incremental traffic through boosted posts that beat industry standard media buy click through rates. Drive incremental revenue by supporting sales in growing existing client relationships, revenue streams and total revenue. Achievement of marketing implementation and success metrics Disciplined campaign development and execution Contributing to a robust and scalable funnel that grows relationships and revenue streams and overall revenue from existing clients Able to report on performance, with understanding of multi-touch attribution modeling and experience sharing insights across teams. What you will bring to LTK Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications; 5+ years of experience with paid social media, for DTC/B2C brands. Hands on keyboard, implementation, and execution of campaigns is a must. Base knowledge of UTM parameters.
