Reporting to the Finance Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Process income audit and accounts payable Assist with accounts receivable as needed Assist in the month end reporting and procedures Perform filing and administrative tasks Follow departmental policies and procedures Follow all safety policies Other duties as assigned Previous office administration or accounting experience preferred Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications or relevant computer applications required University/College degree in a related discipline an asset Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Ability to multi task in a high speed environment Attention to detail a must Ability to adhere to deadlines Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work cohesively as part of a team Remain calm and courteous at all times Your team and working environment: A team of Heartists that are committed to working together, supporting each other, and providing the best guest experience, Feel Valued, Feel Sparked, We Are One Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent Why work for Accor?
