- Experience monitoring live production and supporting team decision-making
- Ability to remain organized and composed in fast-paced environments
- Basic proficiency with production software, messaging tools, and digital reporting systems
- Flexible availability (nights and weekends required)
- Experience in ready-to-eat or high-volume production environments
- Experience conducting storage or ingredient audits
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
