Responsibilities

- Environmental & Site Oversight
- Oversee environmental programs in partnership with consultants, auditors, and facilities teams-while driving sustainability improvements.
- Ensure Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are current, accurate, and readily accessible.
- Manage site security systems and related practices.
- What You Bring
- Required
- Bachelor's degree in industrial safety or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA and other federal, state, and local safety regulations.
- Proven ability to communicate and train across diverse employee groups.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Preferred
- Experience with ergonomic programs and ergonomic analysis tools.
- Working Environment
- Combination of office and shop‑floor environment.
- Occasional lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Safety shoes, glasses and hearing protection required in designated production areas.
