We are seeking to fill an opening for a full-time entry level Personal Lines Insurance Underwriter/Assistant. The Job responsibilities include determining acceptability of risks and assisting independent insurance agents in writing and maintaining home, auto, earthquake and umbrella policies. As a Personal Lines Underwriter, you will be responsible for many tasks including responding to underwriting and acceptability questions from the agency force, reviewing changes made to policies, data-entry, upkeep of maintenance reports, and payment processing/reinstating policies.
