Job Title: Commercial Roll-Up Door Service Representative - Part time with full time potential. Location: Pearl City, HI with local travel Pay: $20-25/hr. $ 20.00 bonus for each lead that is closed. If lead is $2,000.00 - 4,000, you will receive a $40.00 bonus. For leads above $4,000 - you will receive 1% of closed rate. This applies only to work that is closed within 180 days of initial contact. This role is Part-Time with Full-Time potential. We are open to considering Students who are only available for 18-20hrs/week with flexible scheduling Job Summary We are seeking someone who loves meeting people and helping them get their rollup and sectional door needs met. You are outspoken and able to driven Commercial Roll-Up Door Service Representative to generate field sales through direct sales calls on commercial buildings. You will visit industrial and commercial properties, introducing yourself to the operations manager/building manager. You will assess their sectional and roll-up doors, placing required safety stickers and notices about calling Raynor should the doors break on each door frame/track. Your main goal is to build relationships with property managers and secure commitments for maintenance and repair work.
