Responsibilities
- Initiate, perform and support key developments of products, materials, processes, technology modules and methods within the framework of feasibility studies, business cases and/or projects, incl. experimental work and coordination of lab, pilot or production trials.

- Contribute to and initiate invention disclosures.

- Education & Experience:
- PhD degree in Science or Engineering discipline or Master degree in Science or Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of experience preferably as polymer chemist with focus on polymerize and formulate new adhesive solutions.
- Experience in manufacturing processes of polymeric films, nanostructured surfaces and functional layers (e.g. organic solutions and dispersions).
- Work with solvents and flammable and toxic materials.
- Work in chemical labs (preferably in clean room environment).
- Use of analytical lab equipment for material property determination (e.g. rheology and microscopy).
- Preferably work experience with adhesives or pressure sensitive adhesives.
