In this role you will... Prepare proposals, offering memorandums, and listing materials Produce marketing collateral and coordinate property packages Track deals and manage timelines from listing through closing Handle transaction and escrow coordination Maintain CRM systems and property databases Create/Manage content & social media content across all platforms Communicate with incoming calls, clients, and internal teams
