Job Description Milyen feladatokat lát el nálunk a Globál Munkautasítás Tréner? Képzésszervezés és képzések hatékonyságának mérése, ezek riportálása a Karbantartás területén Szakmai tréningek megtartása Területi szakmai trénerek szakmai tudásának fejlesztése és oktatói készségek fejlesztése Egységes tréning koncepció kialakítása, illetve megvalósítása az egyes műszakok között (területi vezetővel történt egyeztetést követően) A tréneri szervezet és a kapcsolódó területek, funkciók közti információáramlás biztositása Oktatási anyagok, dokumentációk, kimutatások kezelése Oktatások/képzések rögzítése és nyomonkövetése Szakmai oktatások megtartása Ami a pozíció betöltéséhez szükséges: Minimum középfokú végzettség Előny: karbantartási területen szerzett tapasztalat Érdeklődés a tanítás, oktatás iránt Jó szervezőképesség, precizitás, igényesség Képesség a szervezet több szintjével való kommunikációra Excel és MS Office ismerete Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
