About the role

We are looking for an E-commerce Customer Service Specialist to join team of our Shared Service Centre in Warsaw and to help us establish best in class service. You will be a part of a finance DTC Team focusing on delivering operational excellence to our locations across Europe, stabilizing, and ensuring the smooth running of queries management processes to provide best service to our European businesses. Your main tasks: Participation in establishing new centralized e-commerce processes in SSC in customer support area Working through incoming second line support tickets Extracting and cross validating relevant order data, based on status Providing customers with accurate information Stabilizing the migrated process Supporting the optimization of process flows, compiling summary statistics, help defining additional system requirements and recommendations Supporting receivables activities such as collections, cash posting, invoicing etc. Identifying and implementing process improvements Preparing reports and analysis Assuring process compliance with Husqvarna policies and regulatory guidelines Candidate Profile / Expectations: Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce customer support (preferably in a product-based company) Experience in handling 2nd line support and managing complex customer cases Fluent English (C1/C2) Ability to analyze and validate order data across systems (e.g., CRM/ERP, SAP is a plus) Experience working with ticketing systems and maintaining high-quality customer communication Good analytical skills - ability to prepare reports, analyze data, and identify process improvement opportunities Basic knowledge of finance processes (accounts receivable: collections, invoicing, cash posting) We offer you Husqvarna Group offers a global dynamic workplace with a lot of potential for a person who is willing to take on responsibility.
