- Master's Degree in Coastal Engineering / Structural Engineering / Port & Harbour Engineering will be an added advantage.
- Strong expertise in coastal engineering and marine structural design principles.
- Ability to manage technical teams and coordinate multidisciplinary project inputs.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
