- Proven track record of growing complex accounts and managing multi-site relationships.
- Strong business acumen, consultative selling skills, communication (oral and written), negotiation, & presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and internal leadership.
- Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective growth strategies.
- EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field required.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
