About the role

Are you an experienced Product Designer looking to take the next step in your career? Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Senior Product Designers, Product Managers, Customer Experience and engineers to integrate feedback into the design and development process.
  • Facilitate design workshops and activities with a range or stakeholders in Aviva Canada
  • Advocate for the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Product Design
  • Provide feedback to collaborators at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Create wireframes, mock-ups and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Design digital experiences for both web and mobile customers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Experience working with design systems
  • Experience conducting basic customer research
  • Understanding how to apply analytics and behavioural design in practice
  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Great communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A passion for creating user-centered products.
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility and its importance.
