- High professional maturity, executive presence, and ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, high-stakes environment
- Minimum 4-hour daily overlap with US business hours required

We are building a global PgMO from the ground up and looking for a Senior Program Manager who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the VP of PgMO - you will own strategic programs end-to-end, partner with senior leaders across the business, and produce executive-level communications that reach the CEO and Board.
