JOB MISSION: The Training & Enablement Specialist plays a hands‑on role in helping build and deliver role‑based learning experiences that support associate success across North America. This role focuses on executing training through learning journeys, virtual and in‑person facilitation, and digital enablement-while partnering with teams to translate role‑specific workflows into skills‑based training that reinforces how associates do their jobs every day. Working closely with Enablement leadership, Program Managers, and business subject matter experts, you will help deliver and sustain practical, timely learning that aligns to how teams operate. You will support associates in the flow of work through live training, digital learning assets, and in‑app guidance, while continuously refining learning journeys as roles, tools, and business needs evolve. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: Help build, deliver, and sustain role‑based learning journeys for teams across North America by reinforcing the skills, systems, and workflows required for success in each role. Deliver live, virtual, and in‑person training that reinforces real‑world workflows, tools, and expectations, supporting both onboarding and ongoing development. Translate role‑specific workflows and system processes into skills‑based training that aligns to how associates do their jobs every day. Partner closely with Enablement leadership, Program Managers, and business SMEs to support learning needs tied to systems, processes, and business rhythms. Create, maintain, and improve digital learning assets, including in‑app guides, walkthroughs, job aids, and quick reference materials, to support learning in the flow of work. Support system updates, launches, and business changes with timely training and enablement execution. Update and maintain existing training content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with current workflows. Deliver scenario‑based learning experiences that drive confidence, consistency, and adoption. Follow established training templates, standards, and review processes to ensure quality and consistency across enablement materials. Execute classroom and virtual training sessions as assigned. REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS: 2-4 years of experience in training, enablement, learning, or a related role. Experience facilitating live or virtual training sessions. Demonstrated ability to create clear, practical learning content (e.g., learning journeys, job aids, digital or in‑app support). Comfort learning and supporting enterprise tools and systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, operational platforms). Experience with learning tools and platforms such as LMS, Articulate, WalkMe, Degreed, or similar. Strong communication skills with attention to detail. Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment. Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and build technical skills. Experience in retail, wholesale, or B2B environments preferred. Boston, MA 80 Guest Street Only Pay Range: $70,600.00 - $90,500.00 - $110,400.00 Annual (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)
