Coordinate the analysis of new product initiatives and changes to existing products, including business cases, profitability considerations, customer impact and operational feasibility. Use product performance data, customer behavior, feedback and market insights to identify opportunities to improve, expand or optimize live products. Drive post-launch product improvements to keep products compliant, relevant, competitive and operationally efficient over time. Work closely with Product Owners and Tribes to align priorities and support the design, UAT and delivery of product changes, without replacing the ownership of the delivery teams. Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure that product documentation, contractual materials and customer communication are accurate and up to date. Collaborate with Risk, Underwriting and Operations teams on product rules, approval logic, pricing strategies and process improvements. Monitor relevant KPIs and identify bottlenecks, quality issues or improvement opportunities across the product lifecycle. Coordinate go-to-market localization activities and support customer-facing teams with the information and training required for a smooth launch or product change.
