You will work directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to help shape the future operating model of a modern AI-enabled FinTech organization. ๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities Enterprise Strategy & Program Leadership - Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across Product, Technology, Operations, Data, and Innovation teams. - Partner with executive leadership to define priorities, objectives, success measures, and implementation strategies. - Support organizational planning, governance, and execution of high-impact cross-functional programs. - Develop program structures, timelines, dependencies, and accountability frameworks. - Facilitate alignment across business and technology stakeholders. - Drive visibility, transparency, and execution discipline across strategic initiatives. Delivery Management & Execution - Coordinate delivery efforts across Engineering, Data, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Business teams. - Facilitate planning sessions, roadmap reviews, backlog refinement, release coordination, and execution tracking. - Manage risks, dependencies, assumptions, and organizational blockers. - Monitor project milestones, commitments, and delivery outcomes. - Drive accountability, transparency, and execution excellence across multiple initiatives. - Support Agile delivery methodologies and program governance frameworks. - Ensure successful execution of enterprise transformation initiatives.
