This role is responsible for driving enterprise-wide initiatives, improving organizational alignment, maintaining architectural and process transparency, and supporting modernization efforts through strong documentation, governance, and execution practices. You will work directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to help shape the future operating model of a modern AI-enabled FinTech organization. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Enterprise Strategy & Program Leadership - Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across Product, Technology, Operations, Data, and Innovation teams. - Partner with executive leadership to define priorities, objectives, success measures, and implementation strategies. - Support organizational planning, governance, and execution of high-impact cross-functional programs. - Develop program structures, timelines, dependencies, and accountability frameworks. - Facilitate alignment across business and technology stakeholders. - Drive visibility, transparency, and execution discipline across strategic initiatives. Product Management & Business Analysis - Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. - Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, user stories, workflows, and requirements. - Support product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, and solution design activities. - Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), business cases, and executive summaries. - Ensure alignment between business goals, operational requirements, and technology solutions. - Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency. Technical Documentation & Enterprise Architecture - Establish and maintain enterprise documentation standards and governance practices. - Create and maintain: Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) Functional Specifications Technical Design Documents Process Flows Business Workflows API Documentation Integration Specifications Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) Operational Runbooks Release Documentation User Acceptance Testing Documentation - Develop and maintain: Enterprise Architecture Diagrams System Interaction Diagrams Integration Maps Data Flow Diagrams Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) Business Capability Maps Operating Model Visualizations User Journey Maps Process Models - Champion Documentation-as-Code practices utilizing Markdown, Mermaid, Git repositories, and modern knowledge management platforms. - Ensure documentation remains aligned with evolving systems, integrations, AI solutions, and enterprise platforms. Delivery Management & Execution - Coordinate delivery efforts across Engineering, Data, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Business teams. - Facilitate planning sessions, roadmap reviews, backlog refinement, release coordination, and execution tracking. - Manage risks, dependencies, assumptions, and organizational blockers. - Monitor project milestones, commitments, and delivery outcomes. - Drive accountability, transparency, and execution excellence across multiple initiatives. - Support Agile delivery methodologies and program governance frameworks. - Ensure successful execution of enterprise transformation initiatives. AI, Modernization & Innovation - Support enterprise initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, and Digital Transformation. - Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI-enabled capabilities. - Evaluate, document, and prioritize AI use cases and business opportunities. - Support implementation of AI governance and responsible AI practices. - Partner with Product, Data, Engineering, and Architecture leaders on AI-driven modernization initiatives. - Assist in evaluating emerging technologies, innovation programs, and strategic partnerships. - Contribute to enterprise transformation efforts that improve efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.
