Business Development and Marketing Project Intern (TikTok LIVE) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

• You will support the BD & Marketing team in daily operations and project execution, including:
• BD & Marketing Operations Support
• Assist in push notification and banner setup, including coordination with internal teams (e.g. PGC-related workflows)
• Maintain and update internal tracking sheets and operational data
• Support preparation of internal and external materials such as reports, recaps, and presentations
• Partnership & Communication Support
• Support communication with external partners (e.g. agencies, creators, production companies)
• Assist in maintaining and updating partner/target lists
• Help with meeting notes, follow-ups, and coordination tasks
• Campaign & Event Support
• Assist in the execution of online and offline campaigns and events
• Support participant management, attendance tracking, and logistics coordination
• Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth project delivery
• Market Research & Analysis
• Conduct research on competitors and industry trends in the Japan market
• Compile findings and support strategy planning
• Provide basic analysis on campaigns and market data
• Data & Reporting Support
• Assist with data tracking and performance monitoring
• Support KPI tracking and post-campaign reporting

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint
• Previous internship experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Operations
• Interest in the content, entertainment, or live streaming industry
• Familiarity with TikTok or other social media platforms
• Experience in data analysis, research, or event coordination
• Duration: Minimum 3 months preferred
• Availability: At least 3 days per week preferred
