Responsibilities

  • Lead promotional projects for OTC for one of our major retailers in the Benelux based on shopper insights and retail analyses together with the NRM team.
  • Manage deadlines for promo development and act as the key contact for 3rd party agencies.

  • Qualifications and skills:
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in customer marketing, project management, and promotional development.
  • Strong understanding of shopper insights, retail analyses, and key account strategies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and analyze promotional effectiveness.
  • Ability to build relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and driving category growth.
  • Full professional proficiency in Dutch, English is needed on-top.
