II, you'll assist in handling existing business and developing new opportunities while you support the team in building and maintaining relationships with customers. You'll also negotiate standard contracts and communicate key information to leaders and internal partners. Responsibilities/Expectations: Tracks customer announcements and public statements to determine impact on current or future business Validates new business opportunities with existing customers, coordinates solutions for customer problems, and partners with others on customer interaction Monitors contract expiration/renewal periods, and participates in contract discussions with internal partners and external customers Tracks deal progress and participates in development of economic analysis of commercial opportunities Participates in tradeshows/exhibits to promote Williams brand and services Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience: Required: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, economics or relevant field and minimum five (5) years' commercial experience Preferred: MBA Other Requirements: Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of contract and legal concepts and familiarity with existing contract details that are crucial to business operations Previous commercial experience with proficiency in economics, marketing practices and contracting Understanding of the energy industry #LI-CT1 About Pittsburgh Pittsburgh is a city full of adventure.
