We're looking for a practical, hands on problem solver to help keep our Accommodation, Post Harvest, and Orchard sites running smoothly. If you love variety, take pride in quality workmanship, and enjoy working across a wide range of building and maintenance tasks, this role is for you. What you'll be doing? You'll be part of the team carrying out general building, carpentry, and maintenance across our sites, ensuring everything is safe, functional, and looking sharp. Your day could include: Completing a wide range of carpentry tasks including framing, decking, fencing, and repairs Installing and fitting doors, windows, cabinetry, and fixtures to a high standard Carrying out minor renovations, alterations, painting, and finishing work Performing concrete repairs and small slab work Conducting routine property inspections and preventative maintenance Diagnosing and troubleshooting building and maintenance issues Managing materials, supplies, and maintaining clean, safe work sites Supporting urgent repairs and participating in the on-call weekend roster (every second weekend)
