Responsibilities
- Lead the design, standardisation and optimisation of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, efficient and compliant process solutions.

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing business processes, identifying optimisation opportunities and supporting future enhancements as organisational needs evolve.
- Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business or related discipline.
- Approximately 8-14 years of relevant experience in business process management, ERP transformation or large-scale business change programmes.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes within a complex enterprise environment, with the ability to analyse business challenges and develop practical process improvements.
- Experience participating in enterprise-wide process standardisation, simplification or transformation initiatives. Exposure to process improvement methodologies or continuous improvement practices is advantageous.
- Experience working with ERP platforms, particularly SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA, including involvement in large implementation programmes using recognised project delivery methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. Familiarity with ERP value management concepts is beneficial.
- Proven ability to work across business, technology, data and implementation teams while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making across multiple functions.
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience supporting organisational change, user adoption and cross-functional collaboration within regional or global teams.
- Experience in reporting, process metrics, dashboards, governance, internal controls, risk management and master data management would be advantageous.
