Drafter cum QS (coldroom solution)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD
• Interpret technical drawings for drafting and quantity take-offs
• Perform quantity measurements and prepare BOQs
• Assist in cost estimation, quotations, and tender documentation
• Support basic technical calculations and project coordination
• Manage drawing submissions, revisions, and documentation
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with specifications

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, QS, Drafting, or related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
• Able to read technical/construction drawings
• Experience in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation
• Strong attention to detail with good coordination skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Preferred
• Experience in construction/engineering projects
• Familiar with tender and contract documentation
• Background in drafting and QS coordination
• Experience with SCDF cold room or building projects
• Working Hours / Location
• 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
• Mon-Fri: 8:30am-6:00pm
• Sat: 8:30am-12:30pm
• Office Location: North, Singapore
