- What You Bring
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program (Associate's degree required)
- Massachusetts Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) eligible or licensed
- Current CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient-centered care skills
- Experience in acute care, critical care, NICU, PICU, or emergency response environments preferred
