How you will make an impact The People Systems Business Analyst will play a key role in optimising, maintaining, and enhancing the Cabrini Health's People Systems. This role partners closely with People, Culture and Transformation, Payroll, IT, and operational leaders to ensure systems are accurate, efficient, user‑friendly, and aligned with organisational needs. Key responsibilities include: Administer and support HRIS and workforce management systems. Provide system troubleshooting, user support, and training. Analyse business processes and recommend system improvements. Gather requirements and support system enhancements and upgrades. Maintain data integrity, compliance, and quality across people systems. Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics using Power BI. Conduct data audits and implement quality controls. Support HR technology projects, implementations, and automation initiatives. Coordinate stakeholders and project deliverables. Create documentation, training materials, and support continuous improvement.
