This position requires regular on-site attendance at the designated DFAS location in Limestone, Maine. GS-12 QUALIFICATIONS: One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-11) within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required. Specialized Experience Is Defined As: Developing customer service program goals and surveys to measure customer satisfaction for the network, recommends improvements to enhance customer service including technological changes, telecommunications and automation requirements, and staffing and training needs; tracks all outstanding customer service inquiries, prepares detailed reports of customer service operations and identifies root problems in need of further study or correction; also monitoring on-going customer service programs and customer satisfaction surveys to develop new programs and improved means of capturing information and measuring customer responses to services. You may qualify for consideration if meeting specialized experience, education requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement.
