Social Media & Email Marketing Manager We are seeking an experienced, highly creative, and detail-oriented Social Media & Email Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing, woman-owned luxury wellness fragrance startup. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing brand at an early stage and play a key role in shaping our digital presence, community, and storytelling across multiple platforms. This role also includes opportunities to attend events, activations, content shoots, and occasional travel. We are looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with strong experience in content creation, influencer partnerships, email marketing, and social media management. ABSOLUTE MUST-HAVES: - Minimum 5+ years of experience creating and managing social media content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok (and others is a plus!) - Extensive hands-on experience with email marketing platform (e.g., Klaviyo) - Strong experience creating, scheduling, and managing social media calendars and content management tools - Proven experience sourcing, acquiring, and managing UGC (user-generated content) - Experience identifying, outreaching to, negotiating with, and managing influencers and creators - Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to brand voice and detail - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously - Strong Excel skills for reporting, tracking, and campaign management STRONG PREFERENCE FOR: - Photography and videography skills - Experience creating and editing short-form video content including Reels and TikToks - Experience working with luxury, beauty, wellness, fragrance, lifestyle, or fashion brands - Experience coordinating content shoots and creative assets
