Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining good relations with our clients. This position will report directly to the Customer Service Supervisor. Key Responsibilities include: Utilize strong data analytics skills to monitor performance metrics, create and analyze KPI reports, and ensure accurate and timely submission of all internal or external client reports. Communicates efficiently with clients: providing quotations, processing orders, and responding to messages.
