Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Support onboarding activities, including workstation setup, office supplies, uniforms, and PPE arrangements.
- Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Manage job postings across recruitment platforms and assist with hiring activities.
- Coordinate training programs, including registration, scheduling, record maintenance, and evaluation.

- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.
- At least 1 year of Human Resource experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge with Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of HR practices and Singapore's labour laws.
- Experience with payroll processing is preferred.
- Able to work independently and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
