Responsibilities
- Oversee the achievement of Exports Customer Service KPIs (ICDOT).
- Manage a team of Exports Customer Service Executives responsible for supportability planning and innovations in Export markets.

- Support the S&OP process by driving a structured Regional Demand and Supply Reconciliation process.
- Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain operations, specifically in planning and export-related areas.
- Working knowledge of supply chain management principles.
- Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work through ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver complex information to a variety of audiences effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good working knowledge of SAP and Kinaxis is an asset.
