At emnify, you will lead a team focused on control plane packet processing, a critical part of our platform that bridges telecom protocols and internet-based systems. This domain is central to how we enable reliable, high-performance connectivity at scale. As part of the Engineering organization, you will take ownership of a team working on one of our most complex and performance-sensitive areas. You will guide both people and technical direction, ensuring the team delivers robust solutions while continuously improving how it operates. The Packet Gateway environment includes: Go for control plane services in a cloud-native architecture AWS infrastructure, primarily EKS, with supporting managed services Distributed systems communicating via Kafka and gRPC Designing solutions based on networking protocols and packet processing concepts
