Responsibilities

  • Monitor performance levels of Locate Service Providers to ensure timely, safe and accurate locate services. Follow up with Locate Service Providers on corrective actions.
  • Lead local damage prevention awareness sessions for the excavating community. Support Field Operations employees in damage prevention activities.

  • Utilize risk-based software to conduct proactive site meets with excavators.

Requirements

  • You have the following education and experience:
  • Related university degree and 2 years' experience OR four‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
  • Ability to develop and manage strong relationships and work within a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to think analytically and good organizational skills.
  • Working and technical knowledge of the Damage Prevention and Locate industry is preferred.
  • Working Conditions:
  • This role is comprised of a combination of field (80%) and office (20%) work.
  • A valid Ontario G class driver's license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required.
  • Responsible for providing on-call support for Operations with after-hours damages and incidents.
  • Salary:
  • Ranges from $72, 360 - $95,000 CAD for Ontario Canada locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.
  • Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
