Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end import/export and cross-border shipments of pre-owned luxury goods.

- Support system consolidation and workflow improvements in collaboration with IT teams or vendors.
- Update and maintain logistics documentation and system usage guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination, preferably with cross-border exposure.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs processes, and international shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese speaking clients and stakeholders .
- Experience using logistics systems or order management tools.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling high-value or luxury products is an added advantage.
- Exposure to system migration, data consolidation, or workflow standardization is an added advantage.
- Background in e-commerce, retail logistics, or auction operations is an added advantage.
