Job Description Ensures governance, readiness, and recovery of power systems supporting the network, including backup power, generators, batteries, and fuel logistics. Ensures critical network sites remain operational during disasters. The role ensures that disaster recovery policies, frameworks, and standards are applied across fiber, microwave, and IP transport infrastructure. It focuses on strategic oversight, risk governance, and operational readiness, monitoring compliance and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to maintain resilience and rapid recovery capabilities. Duties and Responsibilities: Drive governance of power continuity plans, genset deployment frameworks, and infra readiness standards. Conduct power system risk assessments including battery readiness, rectifier redundancy, HVAC vulnerabilities, and grounding compliance. Maintain and oversee DR inventories of gensets, fuel reserves, ATS, batteries, mobile towers, and rapid-deployment shelters. Coordinate with Power Operations, Facilities, TowerCo partners, and utilities for exercises and readiness audits. Develop and maintain infra DR playbooks, emergency electrical diagrams, and environmental resilience plans. Produce structured reports on infra status during incidents and Validate normalization criteria for power stability post-disaster. Oversee compliance with safety standards, site hardening recommendations, and infrastructure readiness KPIs. Maintain tracking dashboards for power/infra DR resources, risks, and standards compliance. Conduct post-event analysis on power-related outages and vulnerabilities.
