Position Summary We are seeking a professional, reliable, and service-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our firm. The successful candidate is a team player known for resourcefulness, discretion, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a professional office environment and enjoys contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations. Primary Responsibilities Answer, screen, and appropriately forward incoming calls; take accurate and detailed messages Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere at the reception area Greet and attend to visitors Schedule, coordinate, and maintain a log of meetings for two conference rooms Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail Prepare outgoing mail, including stamping envelopes and mailbox delivery Collect, collate, and mail monthly client statements Prepare monthly and quarterly mailings using Microsoft Mail Merge Conduct basic internet research and print selected reports as requested Scan and prepare cheques for deposit Monitor and reconcile deposits Book and manage courier services and liaise with building management as required Order and manage office stationery and supplies Work with Microsoft Office and in-house software
