Additional Information

The Strategy & Transformation Office (STO) is responsible for overall business and technology transformation initiatives which includes strategizing, planning and execution of projects in collaboration with various business units, IT and distribution partners. Job Purpose The Business Analyst is responsible for the planning and execution of various digital, data and core system initiatives under the umbrella of STO. Main Responsibilities Drive gap sessions to map out the business requirements into technical solutions. Align on overall solution approach and plan the delivery using Agile methodology, managing Jira, Confluence and related tools. Plan the overall timelines and delivery of the solutions between business, IT and vendor, ensuring on time and on budget delivery. Manage and liaise between stakeholders such as IT and business leads, executive branch, vendors to drive project progress and delivery. Plan and manage the QA test programmes and timelines with project manager as part of technical and digital solutions delivery. Manage QA resources and testing to ensure quality and on time delivery. Plan and perform UAT, overall deployment and go-live. Problem resolution for system related issues that may occur is respective projects and align with stakeholders, project team and IT teams. Document the various governance process meticulously for future audit references. Manage the various functions where required, such as configuration of products, on relevant digital and system solutions. Communicate updates, timelines, blockers, risks and changes to the project team, stakeholders, senior management. Support data setup and preparation requirements from project team. Undertake any other duties as may be assigned.
