Treasury IT Support, Business Control Management, Treasury & Markets Group

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computing, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Basic Knowledge on Treasury products (e.g. FX cash, FX derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives, Bonds/Repo);
• Proficient Knowledge on Treasury related IT systems including front-end platforms, booking systems, risk management systems, etc; (Murex knowledge is a plus)
• Proficient programming skills and knowledge is a plus (e.g. Python, C#, Java, etc)
• Minimum 4-5 years' relevant experience in IT development or desktop support especially for trading desk support in Treasury (Murex experience is a plus).
• Possess IT related certifications is an advantage.

Country of Location: China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: Application support: Provide technical and 1st line support to Trading floor on application systems and platforms to maintain a smooth and efficient operations for Treasury in Hong Kong and overseas branches. Support and resolve IT related application system issues as well as provide quick fixes for users. Liaise and coordinate with IT on bug fixes, system support, UAT configuration and system & application setup. Maintain and Track production request and incident status and prepare relevant dashboard. Ability to develop basic programs and End-user-Computing (EUCs) to support Trading Floor to enable efficient resolutions to issues raised in the trading floor. Provide deal booking support to traders and sales on bank's platform (e.g. Murex, ET, PDP) and solve any issues logging to CRM portal. Change Initiation and validation: Analyze and document change requirement business needs for Treasury system change. Coordinate trading teams to perform user testing for Treasury system change, and production bug fix. Desktop Support: Coordinate with external vendors to provide support and solutions on hardware, software, network related to trading platform application setup (e.g. Bloomberg / Reuters / CFETS), and trading phone system Coordinate with IT Group to handle any BAU hardware related requests (e.g. new PC setup, multi-monitor requests, new iPad/iPhone etc. requests)
