Location: Jurong East / Toh Guan Employment Type: Full-Time As a Procurement Coordinator, you will support the Procurement Team in managing purchasing activities, supplier coordination, inventory planning, and import/export documentation. You will play an important role in ensuring timely procurement and smooth supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and promptly.
  • Liaise with suppliers on quotations, order confirmations, shipment schedules, and delivery matters.
  • Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding deliveries.
  • Coordinate import and export documentation, shipping arrangements, and customs-related requirements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
  • Assist in inventory planning and stock replenishment activities.
  • Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents.
  • Prepare procurement reports and data analysis as required.
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse, sales, and finance departments.
  • Undertake other duties and projects assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, shipping, supply chain, or administration will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organisational and follow-up skills.
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable handling documentation and administrative processes.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with details, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring processes are completed accurately and on time. Strong ownership and persistence in following through tasks are highly valued.
  • Working Hours
  • Monday to Thursday: 9.00am - 6.30pm
  • Friday: 9.00am - 6.00pm
  • Alternate Saturday: 9.00am - 1.00pm
