Join RSM as a Payroll Officer Looking for your next career move in payroll? RSM is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Officer to support our growing national team. This full-time, office-based role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic, supportive team while delivering exceptional payroll services to over 2,000 employees across Australia. you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll cycle across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll across multiple sites
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and ETPs
• Calculate salary increases, back pays, and leave accruals
• Respond to payroll queries (Workday, email, phone)
• Collaborate with People & Culture and Finance teams
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
• Assist with reconciliations, payments, and reporting
• About you:

Requirements

• 2- 3 years' experience in a similar payroll role
• Able to process end to end payroll across multiple sites
• Knowledge of payroll legislation
• High level of attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with ADP Payforce and/or Workday is desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
