Responsibilities

Purpose of the role: The Personal Account Administrator supports the smooth and compliant onboarding of new personal banking customers. The role ensures that online applications are processed accurately, required documentation is validated, and all onboarding activity aligns with internal standards, SLAs, and regulatory expectations.
