Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform, including performance, integration, and data-related problems.
- Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
- Stay current with ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve the platform and deliver innovative solutions.
- Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3 to 5years) as a ServiceNow Workflow + Integration Engineer.
- ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Scripted REST APIs
- Strong experience with sync processes, reconciliation logic, async processing
- Solid understanding of automation governance (auditability, logging, traceability)
- AI agent enablement mindset (task orchestration, confidence scoring, human-in-the-loop design)

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP) and web services.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow Developer Certification or any related ServiceNow certifications.
- Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration, Virtual Agent, or Service Portal.
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Scripted REST APIs.
- Familiarity with other ITSM tools and platforms.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in ServiceNow Workflow & Integration development.
