Laboratory Analyser & Equipment Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for laboratory equipment, scientific instruments, and related supplies to resolve customer usage issues effectively
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Use PC skills to manage sales documentation, customer data, and communication for accurate record-keeping and timely follow-up
• Conduct timely and professional customer visits using a company vehicle to fulfill field assignment requirements
• Required competencies and certifications
• Hold a Diploma or NITEC in Electrical/Electronic with Instrument/Analysers related engineering discipline
• Possess a valid driving license to perform field assignments
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Have at least 1 year of laboratory or related working experience
• Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Other Information
• Salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience
• Work schedule: 5 days per week, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Company vehicle provided for field assignments
